Using fresh, local ingredients Restaurant 54 offers a gourmet take on a local favourite with their crispy fried plaice fillets with hand-cut chips, pea and bacon fritters and tomato tartar, whilst their roast leek, pine nut and blue cheese wellington, served alongside root vegetable gratin, pimento sauce and paprika-rubbed polenta chips is one of Broadstairs’ best vegetarian options.
